I survived Suicide...

Survived suicide, it's only through counseling ,CBT, a stay at a mental health institution that I realized I was on a hamster wheel. Repeating the same behaviors over and over NOT realizing , to learn from my mistakes and not to keep repeating them To be mindful in my ways of speaking and thinking, to ask and seek help, as freely as I do trying to fix mechanical things. (when I have issues in my thought patterns I don't understand) . To stop always assuming the worst of situations, to ask for clarification., to change my way of thinking

That life is worth living , to put myself first , learn to self care, that it's not a selfish thing... to put it generally , I had to hit a wall at full force, fall and break to realize things I was doing in unproductive ways. Nobody should have to go threw that, the individual , family , friends. No one needs to go to the edge,to think there is no other way. Their should be NO Stigma's involved..when speaking or asking about Mental Health. People need to know this. ,There is no shame in asking for help,You are Not Alone, learn the signs. The alternative, lets just say, nobody need go there,

This page, this group, is not about bracelets, it’s about awareness, sharing, bringing things to light doing my part to end the Stigmas surrounding Mental Health

It’s been over a year #survivedsuicide , it has not been an easy road, I have lost and I have gained.. I’m not dwelling in the past but moving froward, with bad days and good
